What Does a Feasibility Study Involve?

The feasibility study gathers information from a broad spectrum of your members, building the most detailed map possible and determining the feasibility of reaching your desired goal.

In order to be successful, your board and key volunteers must be involved in the project and available to make decisions. However, our team does the majority of the heavy lifting, working with your key alumni and prospective donors.
